At KhayalX, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable booking experience.
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services booked through the Platform.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel a booking according to the cancellation terms provided for each service during checkout.

2. Cancellation by Provider
If a Provider cancels a booking:

Customers may choose to receive a refund or reschedule the service at no extra charge.

KhayalX will assist in rebooking if requested.
3. Refund Conditions
Refund eligibility will follow the refund rules displayed during booking.
Refunds will not be issued when:

The service has already been delivered.

False or fraudulent claims are detected.
Refunds may be issued when:

The Provider fails to show up.

4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items
Some services may be marked as non-refundable before booking.
By completing the booking, the customer agrees to these terms.
6. Modification of Bookings
In some cases, a booking may be modified (time/date change) instead of cancellation.
Modification options depend on provider availability.
